Employee Kiosk
The Employee Kiosk has been designed to reduce administrative effort by empowering employee self-management of planned absence, holidays, time off in lieu and shift changes. It also allows employees to access and administer their own employee details in an easy-to-use, secure environment.
Activity Tracking
The Activity Tracking module tracks hours spent on each task/activity within each department throughout each period of the day and week. Comparison of actual hours per task/activity against budget and forecast hours provides accurate information for management on store and department operations and also forms the basis for productivity and performance reporting.
Productivity and Performance Reporting
The Productivity and Performance Reporting module uses actual hours per task and department, actual sales and actual customer footfall to allow productivity and conversion ratios per department and in total, by day and by each hour of the day. Using sales information by person from the EPoS transactions allows performance reporting by employee, team and department on actual sales and on conversion ratios. Productivity and performance reports by brand, region, area, store and department provide excellent high-level comparisons of performance across all stores.
