Time and Attendance
The Time and Attendance module includes a wide range of facilities for current and historical management of attendance, calculation of hours and management of sick pay and holiday schemes. Clocking and non-clocking arrangements are fully supported. Automatic interfaces into payroll and human resources systems are available. Worked hours, overtime, sickness, holidays vacation and other forms of absence are all addressed within a framework of an organisation's working arrangements, business rules, labour laws, pay rules and shift patterns including fixed and flexible shifts. Detailed management reporting enables control of attendance, absence and overtime. Arrival and departure may be registered through EPoS terminals, badge-reading terminals, telephones, PCs, PDAs or Web browser.
Holiday Planner
The Holiday Planner module controls the maximum number of staff per department allowed to book holidays - particularly at busy periods - and tracks holidays booked by department against expected levels through the year. Full management is provided of holidays entitlement taken and booked per employee and enquiry facilities are available for supervisors and employees including kiosks.
