Automatic Staff Scheduling
Taking into account company policy, staff preferences, multi-skilling, labour laws, breaks and minimum staffing levels, the Automatic Staff Scheduling module uses its optimising algorithms to produce the best possible combination of schedules/rosters for each member of staff for the relevant number of weeks forward in time. For each member of staff, forward schedules detail their start and finish times and the tasks or activities to which they are scheduled for each 15-minute time slot throughout the day plus breaks.
Schedule Management
Schedule Management provides the user with visibility of the schedules which have been generated by the optimising algorithms with particular emphasis on the predicted labour costs, overstaffing and shortfalls which are likely to result from those schedules. Manual amendments to the schedules can be made easily and quickly using the on-screen graphical interface with the full consequences of amendments clearly shown. To help with absences and sickness, suitable candidates for re-deployment are suggested automatically using filters and sequencing to present the most-likely employees.
