Identification of Key Labor-related KPIs
In many Companies there is information available to derive KPIs, but management have neither the time nor the tools to extract and calculate these KPIs and review for improvements. WorkPlace consultants have experience to establish and analyze these figures and present to the customer commentaries as to what is being achieved with regards to Service Levels, effectiveness and Labor Costs to Sales Ratios.
