Budgeting for labour

It can take a long time to put together the annual labour budget. Because there are different variables and inputs needed in different formats from across the business, there’s often a lack of trust in the end result.

Our software delivers your final wage budget quickly and accurately, and shows everything in detail. We produce budgets for every department of each site all weeks of the year. You’ll learn your budget revenue, hours, cost and other budget KPIs, like labour/revenue ratio.

A budget from the bottom up reflects what’s actually happening on the shop floor. However, some top-down control helps you meet financial constraints. Our tool can adjust the budget anywhere in the corporate hierarchy, while keeping true to the original figures. It can also show the effects of fine tuning figures at the lowest level.

We’ve created baseline flexing, net contract and annualised hours schemes for many organisations. We also develop change management and implementation programmes to help staff adopt new schemes.
