Rite Aid, one of the USA’s leading drugstore chains, has about 4,700 stores across the US. They use our Cloud-based Schedule and Attendance Management software at every one.
Our system helps Rite Aid improve the visibility, efficiency and control of their schedules and data like labour costs and open shifts. This:
- helps improve how they use their staff
- reduces schedule administration
- improves compliance with everything schedule related.
Rite Aid pharmacists can also view and confirm schedules, request time off and offer shifts anytime, anywhere. This improves their work/life balance.
We implemented the system quickly in the Cloud, reducing upfront costs for Rite Aid, and giving them regular system updates and improvements.
We completed installation at all stores in March 2012.
