StaffTracker Administration Training - 2 day duration

The StaffTracker Administrator course is designed to enable the attendee to administer key StaffTracker functions such as shift design, scheme management, user creation, user management and preference setup. Providing the attendee with hands on experience of the configuration management and administration management needed to administer the Staff Tracker system for their users.

StaffTracker Supervisor/Team Leader Training - 1 day duration

Designed to enable Team Leaders and Supervisors to carry out the day to day administration of StaffTracker. Functions covered will include, staff enquiries, employee attendance, exceptions, calculations and reporting. The course is targeted at new Supervisors and Team Leaders, or those who are simply looking to refresh their skills.

StaffTracker/WorkTracker Discoverer Report Writer Training - 1 day duration

This training course is designed for those attendees who wish to retrieve, analyse or manipulate data held within a database and using the WorkPlace Attendance Management and Work Management modules in conjunction with Oracle Discoverer - User Edition.
Oracle Discoverer User Edition is a data access tool. It is used to view the information held in Oracle databases. The purpose of Discoverer is to help the business professionally view the data they want from a database, analyse it to support business decisions, and create reports to keep track of things.

The cost of the courses are detailed below:

Training courses will normally run from 9.30am until 4.30pm with breaks for coffee and lunch. Any specialist dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.
