StaffPlanner Workbench Overview Training - 1 day duration

This course is designed for new and existing StaffPlanner super users or project support team members. The aim of the course is to give an introduction to workbench, basic model building (concentrating on producing Workload) and to provide a trouble shooting guide. This course will provide hands on experience and will explain how the Workbench Operating Model fits into StaffPlanner, providing hands on experience of model building through to demand calculation.

StaffPlanner Technical Overview Training - 1 day duration

This course is designed for any member of the StaffPlanner project team with an interest in gaining greater knowledge of the StaffPlanner technical environment. The course aim is to provide a technical overview for a greater understanding of the technical architecture and enable more effective support of the StaffPlanner system. Areas covered include the web environment structure (web application server & database server), a typical Installation, StaffPlanner log files, support of the application and problems commonly encountered.

StaffPlanner Customisation Training - 1 day duration

If required, training can be provided in any product and can be tailored specifically to the needs of an individual customer.
