WorkPlace OnLine Cloud Workforce Management Solution

WorkPlace Systems has implemented Workforce Management (WFM) systems in many large enterprises and followed-in failed attempts by other WFM suppliers for over 20 years. We have discovered that the old-fashioned approach, which involves creating a labour demand forecast and then using optimisation routines to produce new schedules to be presented to staff, is likely fail. Too much change management is imposed upon the staff, and too much complexity is required to be configured into the scheduling engine.
