The objective of the Project methodology is to ensure that implementations of our software are of a World-Class standard (within specification, budget and timescales) and deliver the expected benefits with low risk to both the customer and the supplier. The Methodology will also provide consistent and repeatable processes yet retain the flexibility needed to meet the differing demands of individual clients. The methodology is a "framework" that can be applied to all implementation projects irrespective of the software solution being implemented.
