Identification of Key Labour-related KPIs

 

In many Companies there is information available to derive KPIs, but management have neither the time nor the tools to extract and calculate these KPIs and review for improvements. WorkPlace consultants have experience to establish and analyse these figures and present to the customer commentaries as to what is being achieved with regards to Service Levels, effectiveness and Labour Costs to Sales Ratios.
