Reporting & KPIs - WorkPlace OnLine - Cloud Workforce Management
WorkPlace OnLine reporting gives key information regarding labour cost, attendance, absence and workforce compliance. A number of reports are available and these are grouped into two dashboards - Daily Exception Dashboard and Weekly Exception Dashboard. These comprise of the following typical reports:
Daily Exception Dashboard:
- Late Start, Early Finish and Hours Lost - displays hours where the employee has started late or finished early and the total of lost time (i.e. how many hours short of their scheduled hours they have worked)
- Registration Compliance % - shows registrations /clocking as a percentage of the total expected
- Timesheet Compliance % - shows timesheet approvals as a % of the total
Weekly Exception Dashboard:
- Planned vs. Reactive Overtime - shows hours planned over standard contract hours (i.e. planned overtime) vs. hours worked over roster (i.e. reactive overtime)
- Published Compliance % - shows the number of schedules/rosters/rotas published or confirmed for next week as a percentage of the total
- Contract vs Plan vs Actual - shows the standard contract hours, rostered hours and actual hours worked for the week
Additional reports can be created to give more company specific information when requirements are defined and agreed.
With a comprehensive scheduling and attendance management system, tremendous visibility is released into the organisation; managing overtime more tightly, avoiding uncovered shifts, managing time-off more proactively; problems are avoided and costs reduced.
Senior management are presented with specific dashboards containing key indicators from which they can monitor and control their aspect of the business.
