WorkPlace Systems has recently signed a new contract with Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service for consulting services to carry out a Labour Feasibility Study into how a Demand Led Rostering approach can benefit their organisations. In other Fire Services it has been proven that by improving the Duty Management System it can release up to 17% of labour budget allowing Fire Services to either redirect this investment into other activities or make direct savings.

WorkPlace provides unique consulting services and software solutions to the Fire and Rescue Services and are now engaged with 14 Fire and Rescue Services, they include - Cambridgeshire F&RS, Derbyshire F&RS, Essex County F&RS, Bedfordshire & Luton F&RS, Cleveland Fire Brigade, Greater Manchester F&RS, London Fire Brigade and Emergency Planning Authority, Mid & West Wales F&RS, North Wales F&RS, South Yorkshire F&RS, West Sussex F&RS and West Midlands Fire Service.

To showcase their services and products, WorkPlace will be exhibiting at this years Fire and Rescue 07 Expo, 22-24th May, on stand FR142 at NEC Birmingham where we be available to meet with other Fire Services to discuss how a Demand Led Rostering approach can benefit their Service and also demonstrate our "Fire Service ready" Duty Management software. The software will provide a wide range of facilities for rostering, current and historical management of attendance, calculation of hours and the management of flexible working schemes.
