WorkPlace OnLine is an easy to use web based application that provides efficient duty rostering of your employees. You can define the coverage needed at your sites or events and then save significant time by quickly creating schedules that comply with shift requirements and regulations, employee contracts and management preferences.

 

WorkPlace OnLine allows the management of a highly flexible and regulated employee workforce including both your employees and sub-contractor employees by ensuring that only sufficiently qualified and skilled staff can be allocated to the required shifts according to:

Rosters can be communicated to security personnel by mobile-phone via SMS, including job notes or uniform requirements and there is the option for staff to confirm agreement to the shifts.
