Using fingerprint readers in the homes, WorkPlace OnLine auto-populates employee timesheets. This has two major benefits, firstly that you know exactly when staff members arrive and leave and secondly that managers no longer need to collect, verify and transfer timesheets to the payroll department / system. WorkPlace OnLine takes care of calculating staff wages for the home or the whole Care group. All payroll need to do is check and approve the final figures.

Automatic rounding rules can be set up to penalise late arrivals / early finishes and pay rules manage the overtime rates.
